The 2024–2025 study evaluated 121 companies and over 72,000 employees across various sectors. Pfizer Turkey stood out with high scores in both the Wellbeing Index (78) and HR Check (95) – increasing its average by 4.5 points compared to last year – earning the “Excellent Employee Experience Certificate and Award.” The company credits its inclusive culture and commitment to employee happiness for this consistent recognition.
