AmCham Turkey is pleased to announce the launch of I AmChamPion Awards 2023!

The Awards Program was initiated in 2019 to highlight and encourage companies that sustain bilateral economic development between Turkey and the U.S.

In the 5th year of the Awards Program, some of the best examples of Turkey-U.S. economic cooperation will be awarded in 8 categories!

Why Apply?

Through AmCham Türkiye’s “I AmChamPion Awards”, we acknowledge those companies and success stories in various fields such as investment & trade, innovation, diversity & inclusion, regional hub, education, sustainability that contribute most to our unwavering goal to develop bilateral trade and investment and to further relations between Türkiye and U.S.

The awards program is designed to celebrate and encourage companies who have inspired others with their contribution to bilateral economic development.

Securing this award elevates organizations to a pedestal of influence and inspiration, both within Türkiye and on the global stage, by spotlighting their innovative, result-driven, and sustainable business strategies or initiatives. It presents an opportunity for organizations to illustrate the superiority of their business approaches compared to other industry frontrunners, allowing them to narrate their journey in a unique manner.

Frequently Asked Questions 

1. Can my organization apply for more than 1 award category?

Yes! Your organization is welcome to apply for more than 1 award category with different projects.

2. Can my organization apply for the category we sponsored? 

No! To avoid conflict of interest, your organization is not permitted to apply for the category it has sponsored.

3. Can my organization apply to the same category with 2 different projects?

Yes! Your organization can apply to the same category with 2 or more different projects.

4. Can my organization apply with the same project to multiple award categories?

No! Applying the same project to multiple categories is not allowed. Each project should be submitted exclusively to the category that best aligns with its focus and achievements.

5. Can my organization apply with the same project that was awarded in the previous years? 

No! Projects that have previously received an I AmChamPion award are not eligible for re-application.

6. Can my company apply with a project that is implemented in Global but not in Türkiye?

No! Your organization cannot apply with a project that is not implemented in Türkiye.
