Talent Circle

Established with the aim of contributing to talent development—one of AmCham Türkiye’s strategic focus areas—the Talent Circle serves as a collaborative platform to explore evolving priorities in workforce and leadership development. It provides a space for members to share insights, exchange best practices, and engage in meaningful dialogue around current trends shaping human capital strategies.

The Circle also works in close coordination with the Global Turks Initiative, launched with the partnership of AmCham Türkiye, to foster broader engagement and impact.
