Most recently, Nevcihan Matur has been appointed as the Country General Manager for Turkiye. Since 2024, she has served as the Country Sales Leader and Assistant General Manager, driving growth in Turkey’s sales performance while maintaining a strong focus on delivering a positive customer experience. Prior to that, her role expanded to include leadership of Public Sector Sales, where she successfully managed multiple teams. She began her journey with Cisco Turkey in 2021, initially serving as the Regional Sales Manager responsible for the Private Sector.
Prior to joining Cisco, Nevcihan Matur built a career spanning more than 27 years, working in the technology sector at some of the world’s leading companies, including Xerox, IBM, HPE, and Dell. Nevcihan Matur holds a master’s degree in electronic engineering. She is actively engaged in raising awareness through social responsibility initiatives focused on gender equality, women’s empowerment, sustainability, and the circular economy, and she is a member of Women of Cisco.
