Cargill’s 1000 Farmers Endless Prosperity Program is celebrating its sixth anniversary, having significantly impacted over 6,700 farmers across 27 provinces. Since its launch, the program has focused on enhancing farmers’ welfare and yields, achieving up to a 24% increase in yields by 2023. Remarkably, the program’s social return on investment is recorded at 3.72 TL for every 1 TL invested. It offers comprehensive support through free training, access to digital agricultural tools, and consultancy services. Additionally, it stands out as Türkiye’s first corporate social responsibility initiative focused on social impact research in agriculture. Cargill plans to include more women farmers in the program moving forward.
