EY and University of St. Gallen has released the Global 500 Family Business Index which ranks the largest 500 family businesses worldwide by revenue, showcasing their unique contributions to the global economy. The study reveals that the 500 family businesses collectively generated aggregate revenues of US $8.8 trillion in 2024, marking a10% increase from 2023, equate to the world’s third-largest economy.
