AmCham Türkiye Board Member Ayhan Öztürk has been appointed as Medtronic’s Regional Vice President and President of Türkiye, Russia, Middle East & Central Asia (TURMECA). With vast leadership experience in complex business environments, Öztürk has demonstrated expertise in diversity, talent management, and operational excellence. Previously, Öztürk was promoted to Türkiye Country Manager after Medtronic’s acquisition of a medical device company in 2014. He later served as Regional Vice President of Türkiye, West Asia and Levant Region. In April 2023, he was assigned to lead the Surgical Robotics business for the EMEA Region Led Markets, in addition to his existing position. His new role as the Regional Vice President and President of TURMECA started in July 2024.
