Boston Scientific Turkey established a Craft Atelier at Necdet Semker Secondary School in Avcilar which provides education to more than 1.200 students. The Craft Atelier has started its activities aiming to prepare secondary school students for the future, provide students with hand and craftsmanship skills such as wood & metal design, carpentry, pottery, oil & acrylic painting and to increase their professional dispositions. Boston Scientific Turkey, Central Asia and Pakistan Regional Director Serhan Acar and Avcilar District Governor Kemal Inan cut the ribbon at this opening ceremony, accompanied by District National Education, school principals from the region and Boston Scientific volunteers.
