Cargill Research Reveals Consumer Awareness of Sustainability is High in Türkiye

Cargill’s Sustainability Awareness Survey, conducted with KONDA, shows a strong commitment to sustainability among Türkiye’s consumers. The survey, with 2,057 participants in 31 provinces, highlights key findings such as: 92% conserve water, 81% unplug unused appliances to save energy, and 50% reduce plastic use. There’s also a remarkable interest in sustainable food and awareness of sustainability labels. Under the agriculture category the survey reveals that 80% believe that use of excessive fertilizer harms soil health.
