Established in 2021 in partnership with the Turkish Education Foundation (TEV), the award-winning initiative is doubling its impact as it enters its fourth year of shaping the future of female leadership in Türkiye. Nearly 200 university students from 30 different universities across 16 provinces have already benefited from the program’s scholarships and empowering opportunities. According to TEV’s impact analysis, program graduates are 10 times more likely to pursue higher education, with 60% already making their mark in the workforce. Starting from 2023, with the support of the Cargill Global Fund, the program will double the number of students and support nearly 600 future women leaders by 2027.
