Following the devastating February 6 earthquakes, reconstruction continues across the region, yet skilled labor remains limited, and many survivors are seeking employment. In response, Dow, Filli Boya and Ahbap recently launched the “Birlikte Ustayız” Painter Training Program to help address both needs. The program offers hands-on training in professional painting works, creating employment opportunities and empowering communities to contribute to rebuilding efforts. The first group of participants completed training in Hatay in September 2025. The program will expand to Kahramanmaraş, Adıyaman, Malatya, and Gaziantep, aiming to train a total of 200 individuals across the region. Applications are open at www.ahbap.org.
