Alliance Healthcare Türkiye is delighted to announce the appointment of Duygu Tunçkan Pala as the new Managing Director, effective as of April 2025. With invaluable contributions in our company as CFO & Board Member since 2021 and her past experiences over 20 years in finance and different sectors, Duygu brings a wealth of expertise in strategic management, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering outstanding business results.
In her new role, Duygu will assume leadership and responsibility for 3,500 team members across Turkey. Her appointment represents a pivotal advancement in our company’s steadfast commitment to business growth and our mission to create healthier futures in collaboration with our stakeholders.
Duygu spoke on her new role and said, “I am eager to assume this expanded responsibility and am confident that we will continue to uphold the highest standards of work as we progress. Prior to Alliance Healthcare Türkiye, Duygu spent over 20 years in Philip Morris International in various positions in different geographies around the world from Lithuania & Kazakhstan to South Africa & Switzerland. Her last position in PMI was the Director Finance & IFMS, Türkiye. Prior to that Duygu held the position as Director Finance and Business Development in Kazakhstan for 3 years and various managerial positions in the Operations Center of PMI in Switzerland.
