Esin Attorney Partnership, with the legal team that has worked on the most M&A transactions in Türkiye for the last seven consecutive years, conducted a series of 13 M&A training sessions across 13 different themes. During the M&A Academy, Esin Attorney Partnership M&A team partners and respective expert lawyers discussed the issues that need to be considered across various disciplines during the structuring and negotiation of these transactions and due diligence phases of M&A projects. The program is intended to recur in Autumn 2023.
