Estée Lauder Companies and Community Volunteers Foundation (TOG) initiated the Adımlarınla Parla – Genç Kadınlar İçin Gelişim Programı” (Glow with Your Steps – Development Program for Young Women) to empower young women and promote gender equality. Launched in December 2024, the four-month program targeted third and fourth-year university students who are TOG volunteers.
