The Estée Lauder Companies has been acclaimed for its commitment to women’s advancement, securing the second rank on Forbes’ World’s Top Companies for Women 2023 list. Executive VP Jane Lauder reflected on the company’s 75-year history of empowering women, noting significant achievements such as women leading half of ELC’s global regions and occupying 59% of senior roles, including the helm of all global R&D Innovation Centers. The Forbes accolade is based on feedback from nearly 70,000 women across 37 countries, evaluating companies on gender equality in the workplace, with ELC also recognized for its nearly 20-year partnership with initiatives supporting young women’s leadership and education.
Estée Lauder Companies also has been ranked 3 in Türkiye’s Most Admired Companies in the Cosmetics and Personal Care Category by Capital Magazine. The research, which was prepared objectively with 1,510 managers determines the top 20 companies of the business world in 20 criteria, as well as the top 3 most admired companies of different sectors.
