Fuji Engineering participated in the 47th Construction Fair – Turkeybuild, standing out with its solutions for enhancing the seismic safety of high-rise buildings and industrial facilities. At the fair, the Earthquake Emergency Response System (DAMS™), which prevents secondary disasters after earthquakes and maximizes business continuity, attracted intense interest from both exhibitors and visitors.
DAMS™ detects earthquakes and automatically executes multiple scenarios scaled to the intensity of the shaking. It prevents panic with pre-programmed announcements; controls elevators, fire doors, and entry-exit turnstiles to ensure safe evacuation routes; halts critical machinery and equipment, and automatically shuts down main power lines and any pipelines carrying hazardous substances or gases to prevent post-quake fires and other secondary disasters.
