PSA-BDP Turkey signed an Agreement to Acquire 75% of the Shares of Privately held ALISAN Logistics

PSA International Pte Ltd, through its fully owned subsidiary, PSA BDP Turkey Supply Chain Solutions Pte Ltd, acquired 75% of ALISAN Logistics A.S. shares. ALISAN is a family-owned Turkish logistics service provider with over 1,600 employees and 39 warehousing sites located in the vicinity of chemical producers. Leveraging PSA BDP and ALISAN’s combined and complementary strengths, PSA BDP will offer partners and customers comprehensive end-to-end contract logistics and transportation service in Türkiye and beyond.
