Tayga Kaan Hilal has worked in key roles in different areas of commercial pharma operations in Russia, Türkiye, Europe and AfME, mostly based in Moscow and Istanbul. He has extensive experience as an executive manager in the pharma industry. In his latest role as Emerging Markets Sales Excellence and Commercial Capabilities Director, he managed Viatris Sales Excellence, Talent Development, and Training Organization in Emerging Markets.
In his career spanning over 15 years, Tayga Kaan Hilal has undertaken local key roles in marketing, sales, business development and commercial operations in Pfizer Türkiye, Pfizer Russia, and regional key roles in Europe, AfME and Emerging Markets. Tayga has previously managed Commercial Operations and Business Analytics departments for Türkiye, Africa and the Middle East.
Tayga Kaan Hilal is a graduate of Boğaziçi University Department of Industrial Engineering.
