This year, Borusan Cat’s innovations took place in a case study of Harvard Business School and CEO Özgür Günaydın with the audience of 150 HBS’s General Management Program(GMP) students, talked in the case of “Borusan Cat: Monetizing Prediction in the Age of AI:Case B’’ about the rapid changes in the sector and how to create a shift in employee mindset by creating proper implementation which will build a cultural change eventually. He also attended the first case of “Borusan Cat: Monetizing Prediction in the Age of AI:Case A” in 2021, and talked about Müneccim’s* monetization strategy and segments of the market to target with this technology.
