FIRST®’s mission is to inspire young people to be science and technology leaders by engaging them in exciting mentor-based programs that build science, engineering, and technology skills. These programs inspire innovation, and foster well-rounded life capabilities, including self-confidence, communication and leadership. Dow values the hands-on experiences youth can gain from FIRST® programs.
Dow has been a strategic partner with FIRST® and STEM robotics since 2014. To date, the company has supported more than 220 teams across nine different countries, with many teams mentored by Dow employees.
