Cargill’s “Women Leaders of Future” program, in cooperation with the Turkish Education Foundation (TEV), has started its second year and continues to support more than 120 students to become leaders who will shed light on the future of Turkey.
Within the scope of the program, scholarship support, mentoring, on-site training in production facilities, participation in R&D projects, seminars, internships, professional and personal development trainings are offered. In addition, students have the opportunity to experience the fields in which Cargill operates and learn about the best practices of the industry, through gatherings with female employees at Cargill all over the world.
